April 1, 1999 thru June 30, 2000
Dear Churches and Friends,
Greetings to you in our Saviour's most precious Name. The only Saviour provided by our heavenly Father, for Him, we give praise and glory. Recall what the sweet Psalmist said, "Praise ye the Lord".
The work at Creighton, Sask., is still being troubled by so-called believers. The two families that gave me so many problems last November have come under God's judgment. I tried to warn them at the time not to deny His Word nor to harass His preacher, but the evil one just seemed to encourage them. Of which, when I went back the end of April and first part of May for 10 days, they had terrible family problems and extreme sickness. One who had been the Justice of the Peace was arrested and charged under the criminal code. We had Bible Studies and preaching every day. I preached on prayer in each of the evening services. The Brooks family is growing, but Paul Rainviule having a lot of trouble with living his life for Christ.
Also visited the other preaching points, I was gone a little over three weeks. Leaving much to do when I arrived back home.
The town, (the religious people) had a March for Jesus and tried to get us involved in that ecumenical movement They had everything in it then a big rally at the town park.

Lillian and I experienced the joy of having our youngest daughter and her husband (Lee & Debra) visit us in June forweeks . She is the only one of our children who had never visited us here. They are both good workers and helped us out a lot, they moved over five cord of wood into the garage. Lee pounded out a large dent in the right door of the truck and fixed the mirror that had been torn off while hauling wood out of the bush. Also helped reroof part of the garage. Debra helped her Mother so much in the house, she also worked with Lee on the wood, truck and garage roof, what a blessing they were. We were so grateful that they could come.
I got another car as the Toyota was starting to have repairs required, it had over 350,000 KI. I tried to get another Toyota but they don't sell the four wheel station wagon in Canada any more. So we settled for a Subaru Outback with all wheel drive. So far I'm very pleased with it.
We need your prayers and God's leadership concerning the work at Creighton. Also for the other preaching points. We rejoice over the cards, letters and the encouragement you are to us. How thankful and appreciative we are for you. May His blessings rest on you and yours.
                                                                                    Our Love in Christ Jesus.
