December 31, 2000
Dear Churches & Friends,
Greetings to you in the Name of our Saviour, The Lord Jesus Christ. May our dear Lord cause you to enjoy His blessings, abound in prosperity and be faithful in serving Him in His appointed place for you.
I continued with the Chelation Therapy through October, November to the middle of December. I don't go back until January 16, 2001. In the mean time Dr. Dalen is contacting the Dr. that taught Chelation Therapy where she took her schooling in the States, also the head of Chelation therapy in British Columbia presenting my case before them, to see if she should continue the therapy or if there is something else she could do. Because thus far there has been no improvement in my balance. My general health continues to be excellent, Praise the Lord, it is just when I go to walk that I have a problem, it is not real bad, just an inconvenience, have to watch where my feet are going, sometimes a cane helps. I just pray the Lord will work this all out to His Glory.
The Mission is doing well using tapes of my messages preached in 1991. Most of the people are faithful in attendance, especially in the Morning service but not so good in the evening service. I get back home for a short period at the end of the month and once in a while in the middle of the month. The preaching points have had a holiday, but through the mail and telephone we keep in contact. They call me if any serious need arises.
By staying in Grand Prairie I've visited four so-called Baptist Churches. It is sickening what I have seen and heard. Only one had an evening service, most no prayer meetings, never heard the Gospel given, that sinners need a Saviour. the blood never mentioned. Jesus Christ rarely named, the music is not in song books but put on a screen by an over head. Self called Contemporary Christian Music (CCM), maybe the reason for all this, that they do not have the Word of God. I never saw a true Bible, only the imitation and counterfeit bibles. No wonder this country is destitute of the Grace of God.
We enjoyed a very special blessing the end of December. Bob and Ruth Clark visited us a few days around the holiday. They were saved and baptized in 1983 when we held services in Fort Providence. They, like us have nothing to do with the festivities of this season.
We need your prayers for the Lord's work in Canada, our health, for His people to be faithful and that others see His grace and Love abounding in our lives. Thank you so much for your cards, letters and prayers. Such encouragement for us. How we praise the Lord for each of you.
    Our Love in Christ Jesus,
    Wayne E. Mowris
