Dear Churches and Friends,
Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the only righteous one worthy of praise, honor and glory. Amen.
As we enter in another new year on the human scale, we pray the Lord's blessings on you and yours. That He may cause you to prosper and abound in his Word and that you will be profitable servants unto His honor and glory.
The Bible studies are prospering to His honor and glory. Some are finding it is amazing when they have read the same scripture over a period of time and we come to Bible study and happen to use that verse of scripture, the insight that the Lord gives is truly wonderful. They count it a privilege to have the Word of God and to study it.
The Lord provided the opportunity for us to travel to Creighton in the fall time. We spent a four day weekend, holding services. Mornings, sometimes in the afternoon, and evenings. Some of the folk there are having heart problems, diabetes, and prostate, so I would ask for you to pray much for them. The services went well, the Lord was wonderful in giving great messages. The people are so appreciative, they invite others to come but rarely does anyone show up after they had promised they would be there.
A lady by the name of Cindy Arey contacted sister Grace if she could receive the preaching tapes, so we have been sending them to her, she lives up in the high arctic, of course with no sound church in the area. At present the tapes go out to Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan, and of course the far north.
Our local dentist, has refused to give certain ones appointments, so consequently we have to travel into Hay River whenever the need arises. We were going to have to eventually do this anyway, as sister Danielle is getting braces on her teeth and some corrective work done.
The McAdam sisters are doing well with their home schooling. The principal made a home visit on November 3rd to approve the program they are following, to ensure that the program was meeting all of their needs. He spent two full hours, going over their materials with Sister Grace explaining the program in great length and detail. He also had a few suggestions to offer. He was amazed at the passing grade for any particular pace was 80% and above.
Bill Hval who attends the mission, rather faithfully has used his little tractor with a blade on the front to clean off the snow on our driveway, of which we are very thankful for. Praise the Lord for his goodness to us.
The Lord provided Sister Grace to help haul three cord of wood into our basement. To God be the glory Amen.
The girls of the mission and Patrick all attend piano lessons of which they are progressing nicely. Looking to the future that we will have someone to play for us at the mission. Also they are very helpful to Lillian in doing things around the house.
We are so thankful and appreciative for the many kindnesses you bestow on us. May the Lord richly bless you for your thoughtfulness to His work here.
    In Christ's Service
