As we have entered into the fall season here in New South Wales some of the church members as well as Cyd and I have been affected by sickness. Various ones have had to be absent from the services due to the flu and other ailments. It appears now that everyone is on the mend and doing better.
Spreading the gospel via pamphlet distribution is continuing, though it was hindered this month due to illness. Nevertheless, we are thankful for every opportunity to spread the good news of glad tidings and to warn sinners of the wrath to come. Our digital copier continues to work fairly well making the many copies of the pamphlets. Due to its age it frequently jams, but so far it has kept working, for which we are thankful.
Our hearts were sorrowful for those in our home country affected by the strong storms and tornadoes which resulted in so much devastation over such a large area this past month. Our prayers continue to be with our country and also with other countries who have suffered in similar ways.
We also wish to thank each church and individual for their prayers for the Lord’s work in Australia. ---That the Gospel would go forth and that the Holy Spirit would convict souls of their need of Jesus Christ.
Our sincere thanks for your continued prayers, love, encouragement, and support for the Lord’s work in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
