"For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen." Romans 11:36
“Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.” (Revelation 7:12).
I
was able to communicate with Bro. Norman Malu in Port Moresby this month.
He informed me that all was well with the church and brethren there.
He did relay some sad news concerning Bro. Norman Yupi and his wife Alice
who are both members of the church in Port Moresby. He said that
while they were in the Highlands visiting with family, a thunderstorm arose
and a bolt of lightning hit and killed Sis. Alice’s father and brother
and one other man. I don’t know all of the details, but Bro. Norman
told me that neither Bro. Yupi nor his wife were injured. Their family
as well as the church in Port Moresby are in mourning for the ones who
passed away so suddenly.
With
the Thanksgiving holiday coming up in the USA, Cyd and I are reflecting
upon the Lord’s many mercies to us each day. We remain thankful to
Him for the privilege to serve Him on the mission field and for the many
prayers, the faithful support, and the love of so many towards the furtherance
of His work.
Thank
you all for your continued prayers, love, encouragement, and support for
the Lord’s work in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
Love in Christ,
Brother Frank James
