Dear Brethren,
Greetings in the precious name of the Lord Jesus Christ.  We pray that you are all doing well.
The Internet server that we use has sent two notices saying that there are some problems with the phone lines between here and Australia and that the connections are “patchy at best.”  Therefore if you have sent an email and we haven’t replied, please send it again as we may not have received it. Thank you.
The printing of the commentary on the book of Revelation was hindered this past month due to the inability to repair our digital copier. I have been unable to locate any parts for our machine here in Papua New Guinea. After looking into the workings of the copier further, it appears that there are multiple problems to the extent that I am not sure at this time if it is worth repairing as the machine is twelve years old. For the time being, we decided to get 100 copies made through a local printer and are now in the process of completing the binding.  I am hoping to be able to make more copies of the book at a later date.
After talking with several shipping companies here in Port Moresby, we have finally been able to approximate our shipping and relocating expense to Singapore at around USD $15,000.  I plan to build the shipping crate and pack our belongings myself in order to reduce the cost as much as possible.
I have also been in contact with a migration company in Singapore in regards to our need for resident visas. The process involves a significant amount of paper work but will provide us with the necessary approval to immigrate. The cost for this service is approximately USD $5,000. Any help towards these needs is greatly appreciated. At present, the task seems daunting and overwhelming and your prayers for us in this matter are greatly appreciated.
Cyd will be traveling to the USA in April for an appointment with her doctor.  After her departure, Brother Norman and I plan to travel on the Highlands to visit with the brethren there and to deliver some of the study books as well. After finalizing everything here I am hopeful to be able to arrive in Singapore in May and she will meet up with me there, the Lord willing.
Thank you for your continued love, prayers, encouragement, and support for the Lord’s work in PNG.
    Love in Christ,
    Frank R. James
