Dear Brethren,
    "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding" Proverbs 3:5.
    Greetings once again in the precious name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
    It has been my privilege this month to visit with Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Tulsa, OK and Pastor David O'Neal; Sovereign Grace Baptist Church in Caldwell, KS and Pastor Nathaniel Hille; Independence Baptist Church in Foristell, MO and Pastor Wayne Reynolds; and Sovereign Grace Baptist Church in Burghill, OH and Pastor Chester Powell.  It was also a blessing to visit with Brother Dave Jones and his family, who are members of the Grace Missionary Baptist Mission in Holden, MO, while passing through that area.  My sincere thanks for the kindness and hospitality extended to me during my visit with each one.
    After communicating several times with our Immigration Consultant in Singapore this month, I have learned that our application for Resident Visas is still waiting to be approved.  It appears that there is some opposition or prejudice occurring.  Our Immigration Consultant has assured us that since we are seeking to enter the country in a proper and legal manner, the paperwork must eventually be processed.  They too are frustrated at the long delay as it is unexpected and unusual.  They are diligently calling and e-mailing the government office involved hoping to get the paperwork finalized.  We ask that you please pray with us concerning this matter, knowing that God is in control of all things.
    While we are somewhat disheartened at these events concerning our Resident Visas, we are resting upon the Lord and His grace trusting that everything will work out in His timeframe.  Meanwhile, we hope to continue to visit with the Lord's churches as we have opportunity.
    Our sincere thanks to you all once again for your continued prayers, love, encouragement, and support for the Lord's work in Singapore.
